If all they will bring is voice and video, there's nothing new.  What's lacking is usable TEXT messaging, mostly because the PSP doesn't have a keyboard, and a new T9 like application with personal dictionary and learning abilities would be quite essential.  Even a clumsy cell phone has faster methods for entering text than the PSP.</description>
