Tomorrow Sony Europe will drop an update in the PlayStation Store for the PSP Slim&Lite that willa llow you to use an instant messenger like AIM or MSN on your PlayStation Portable. Go!Messenger allows you to do text chatting and video chats with the Go!Cam for the PSP.

Sony has taken a patent to change the inside parts of the PlayStation Portable Slim&Lite. This new patent doesn’t mean Sony is working on the PSP 2, the only reason they took this patent is that they want to make the production of the PSP-2000cheaper by updating some of the hardware inside. Thanks to this newer and cheaper technology Sony will be able to make the PSP Slim and Litea little cheaper. Let’s hope this means a pricedrop for the PSP Slim!

Square Enix has released a new Final Fantasy: Crisis Core VII trailer. In this trailer the focus is on Genesis and Sephiroth who play an important role in this PSP-game.
A kid was burned by a PlayStation Portable in his pocket at Warner Middle School in Farmington Hills. The 12 year old Harold Clay had a hole in his pants caused by the fire of the PSP. The school placed a lockdown so that emergency units could get through to help Harold, at the hospital he is being treated for his second-degree burn to the leg. Police are still investigating this accident, but according to the parents of the boy the PSP wasn’t even on. They are planning to contact Sony to see if more of these cases have been reported in the past.
Pebble Entertainment has released a few new cool accessories for the PSP Slim&Lite. They have some neat army camouflage bags to transport your PSP and also pouches to store your PSP in. They’re a little expensive, but they sure are fancy! The pouches also have a pocket for games and accessories and the materials used for these pouches is of high quality.
The PSP Slim&Lite has been out for a couple of months now and there are already quite a lot different colors available.
