Многие понимают, что лучший вид отдыха – это отдых всей семьей на море. Почему все едут в Турцию, почему за границу? Ведь и у нас есть, где хорошо отдохнуть. Взять, например те же Черное или Азовское море. Не забывайте, что для отдыха с детьми надо посмотреть на эту проблему с точки зрения пользы для детей от этого отдыха. Хватит все о работе. Надо и об отдыхе подумать. Сменить обстановку и поехать куда ни будь на море. Можно избежать многих неприятностей со своим здоровьем если запускать его. Лучшая профилактика поехать на отдых на море. Морские рассказы помогают отвлечься от работы, думая об отдыхе на море сохраняете свои нервы во время стрессов, которые постоянно нас преследуют. Читаешь, читаешь все это… Нет, надо отвлечься, может поехать на отдых на море? Может и правда бросить все и поехать на море на отдых на недельку? Мысли вслух. Ползаешь по инету.
